The trade union of L.T.D "Tbilisi Metro" realizes its activity according to this statute, on basis of the Georgian constitution, the declaration of human rights and current legislations in Georgia. The trade union is independent of the government control and the institutions of local governing, the incorporated organizations, political parties and public organizations.
The trade union doesn't account to them and doesn't submit to their control.
